Judo is a great compliment to our BJJ training because Judo is basically BJJ in the standing position. Every fight starts on the feet and in order to be efficient with takedowns, we all need to train a little judo. Learn how to use pushing and pulling to off balance your opponent and then launch them into the air with little effort. Join 3rd degree black belt Hossein Kalami on Fridays at 6 pm to learn how to takedown anyone!!! This class requires a gi to participate!
